Alongside those records came compilations, live albums, archival sets, remixed anniversary editions, and later catalogue projects that reshaped how new generations discovered the group. Notes On Scope
This list covers the main official Beatles album titles issued in the UK, including later archive and anniversary projects that appeared as distinct named releases. It does not try to catalogue every pressing variation, every format duplicate, or every box-only packaging variation, because that would turn the page into a specialist collector database rather than a readable guide.
It also includes named box-led catalogue projects such as The Beatles: 1964 U.S. Albums In Mono and Anthology Collection because they were issued in the UK as distinct releases rather than as simple represses.
One title needs special handling: Magical Mystery Tour. In Britain it was originally issued as a double EP in 1967, not as an LP. It still belongs in any serious overview because it later entered the standard Beatles core catalogue and is now treated that way by the official site.
Past Masters also needs a small qualification. The original 1988 issue split the material across two CDs called Past Masters Volume One and Volume Two, although the official Beatles site now presents the material under the single umbrella title Past Masters.
Anthology 4 also needs a note. The official 2025 release adds 13 previously unreleased tracks and brings 17 tracks to CD for the first time, which makes it more than a simple repackaging label.
