This video was absolutely hilarious when it first appeared online!
Paul McCartney and Jimmy Fallon were on the 6th floor and arranged for the lift to “stop by accident.”
When the doors opened, people were stunned — especially the women who couldn’t believe their eyes.
They started by sitting in armchairs and puffing on pipes, then suddenly began playing table tennis.
Next came a magic trick, and the reactions were priceless.
It showed once again that Sir Paul hasn’t lost his brilliant sense of humour — even after all these years.
You can just imagine the fun he’d have had pulling similar stunts in the Beatles’ early days. Hats off to him!
